Beautiful town home located at the base of Snow Summit Mountain Resort! This is a privately owned and fully equipped two story town home and it's ready for your family to enjoy for a few days or longer. Pack your change of clothes and your toothbrush and you are ready to go. Eat in or go out to any of the many dining establishments available in Big Bear. The open floor plan allows for easy and comfortable entertaining. Invite many or just a few for an enjoyable evening or a weekend get-away. It's completely furnished, and the kitchen has been stocked with kitchenware.
Walk to the slope or take a hike among the gorgeous scented pines in the San Bernardino National Forest. While in Big Bear take time for a stroll through the new village, it's a must see and you'll love it! Call early to confirm your reservation for your next fun-filled weekend and/or vacation. We are only a couple hours from the hustle and bustle of the city. Leave the chaos behind and join the fun. In spring, summer, and fall you can enjoy the lake and the activities it has to offer. Your evenings can be filled with outdoor concerts, live theater, the latest movie releases, and dining and dancing. Whatever you desire you will find available and waiting for your enjoyment.
Spend the day on the lush golf course or have a relaxing afternoon in the day spa and get pampered from head to toe. For winter skiing, you can't get closer to Snow Summit Ski Resort. We are at the base of the resort. Park and Play! No need to move your car, unless you want to. Walk to Chair lift #4. Just a few minutes walk to the Ski Resort. Come to beautiful Big Bear Lake for year-round fun and relaxation.
$20 Additional Fee for single night stays, available only Sun-Thursday nights. $25 cash late check in fee if arrival is after midnight. $300 security deposit due on arrival, which is not charged to your account unless items in the unit are damaged or lost.
- Check-in at Snow Summit Unit #44 rental office (open 9am to 5pm). After hours check-ins, call night manager at the phone number on the office door.

This is a perfect location to stay if you are planning to enjoy the slopes. The townhouses are right next to the lodge and lifts, making the walk to the slopes easy and quick. No need to fight the Snow Summit parking lot each day as there is private parking for the Townhouses. We spent three days here with two days of skiing, and the fact that we could easily go back to the townhouse for lunch or a short break from skiing made the location perfect.
I would have given the townhouse 5 stars but there were a few small issues. The sliding glass door was off the track and not able to be opened until we fixed it. The fuzzball table was fun but missing some parts inside for the ball return so when you scored the ball would fall straight down and often roll under the couch. The kitchen had most of the utensils we needed but there were a few items like a cookie sheet and spatula that we had to buy. This Townhouse had no wireless that we could find so we had to use the wireless from our hotspot. The complex is quiet and well-preserved and has a nice trail behind it that was nice to explore. We only had one night in which a townhouse a few doors down had a group of individuals drinking and smoking pot until after midnight. They were not aware of how loud their voices were when they were in the hot tub on the back patio. The only phone number we found in the townhouse was labeled for emergencies so we did not call to report the noise. Found out when we checked out that we should have used that number and management would have taken care of the issue.
Overall, aside from the minor issues it was a very nice place to stay. I highly recommend staying here and plan to return again with my family soon.
I love the location, but the rental unit itself was in poor condition, pots and pans were old and minimal. The master bedroom had two side tables one you cant use because it turned side ways other one blocking bathroom. The other bedroom had twin bunks that were VERY uncomfortable.
