We had a great stay in unit 36. The location is great and the home is beautiful and well kept. We had everything we needed. The only improvement I found is that the living room carpet could use a thorough cleaning. The vacuum does not pick up.Otherwise, all was good. The rental staff were great and attentive.Communication through email doesn't seem to be a priority.

The management staff is friendly and gives great customer service. We loved our adjoining condo. The location is the best for the kids to take a break as they can walk back to the condo to take a break from snow boarding. The condo was comfortable.

Our running programs second year coming up to these condos. Such a wonderful experience. Great location, beautiful surroundings, and awesome condos. Would highly recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed this unit, we have stayed all over Big Bear and this was super comfortable, clean and convenient. A very short walk to the lifts and views of the mountain. I highly recommend and would stay here again.
